- Keep Master fully aware of the arrival formalities.
- Keep Bunker suppliers informed of vessel’s ETA.
- Book pilot for vessel shifting to inner anchorage.
- Attend vessel on arrival.
- Obtain port clearance for vessel’s sailing.
- Keep customer informed of the full operational time log.
Cargo Operations
- Keep close contact with Master for ETA updates.
- Send 5/4/3/2/1 day ETA notices to concerned terminals and parties.
- Send pre-berthing questionnaire to terminal furnished by Master.
- Send NOA (notice of readiness) to concerned terminal as per charter party terms and conditions.
- Arrange Pilots and tugs for berthing and unberthing.
- Keep Charterer fully updated of vessel’s movements.
